All transactions made on Resume 3.0 involving the purchase of credits or subscription plans are deemed final and non-refundable. Upon completion of a transaction, you agree and acknowledge that the digital nature of our services renders them non-returnable and non-refundable. Should you encounter any issues or concerns with our services, we encourage you to contact our customer support to seek resolution before considering a refund as all sales are final.

7. User Conduct

Resume 3.0 operates on a credit-based system which is consumed during the use of our services. Due to the digital nature of these services, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer refunds once your purchase is made and credits are used. We believe in and stand behind our product 100%, but we understand that it cannot work perfectly for everyone all of the time. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within the first 24 hours of your issue, and we will do our absolute best to resolve it.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
