Access to your resume data is extremely limited at Resume 3.0:
- You - You have complete control and full access to all your information
- Assigned Career Coach - Only if you opt-in for coaching services, your designated career advisor can view your resume to provide guidance
- Founders - Limited access for troubleshooting purposes only
- No Third Parties - We never share your resume with employers, recruiters, or job boards
- No AI Training - Your personal information isn't used to train external AI models
All staff with access must sign strict confidentiality agreements.
Our system also logs every access instance and flags any unusual patterns.
